Account & Membership FAQ
This page answers frequently asked questions about MeowLoad accounts and memberships, including login restrictions, membership plan options, and password troubleshooting.
💡 How Many Devices Can a Personal Account Log In On?
A Personal account can be logged in on up to 2 computers simultaneously. Accounts registered directly on the website are Personal accounts and are subject to this simultaneous login limit. This restriction is in place to protect account security and ensure fair usage.
If you need more than 2 devices (for example, in a team or enterprise setting), you can contact customer support to upgrade to a Team account for an additional fee.
Important
If unusual simultaneous login activity is detected (such as frequent logins from multiple locations), the system may restrict the account for security reasons. Please keep your account credentials safe.
👥 Is There a Team or Enterprise Membership?
MeowLoad offers a dedicated Team membership plan for teams and enterprises. Please contact customer support to purchase a Team membership.
🔑 Getting an “Incorrect Account or Password” Error When Logging In?
Common causes and solutions:
| Issue | Symptom | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Case sensitivity | Password contains uppercase letters, but entered in all lowercase | Check if Caps Lock is on and re-enter the password carefully |
| Email typo | Common mistake: typing .con instead of .com | Double-check the email domain, especially .com, .cn, etc. |
| Mixed punctuation | Password uses English punctuation, but Chinese punctuation was entered | Switch to an English input method and re-enter the password |
| Full-width vs. half-width characters | Password uses half-width symbols, but full-width symbols were entered | Make sure you are using an English input method (half-width mode) for special characters |
Tip
If your password contains special characters, verify your input method before typing:
- English input method (recommended): Produces half-width punctuation
- Chinese input method in full-width mode: Produces wider punctuation that can cause errors
